How to Prevent Hair Loss: Natural tips to prevent hair loss

Hair fall is one of the major problems in young generation today. Not only Women’s but also Men’s are suffering from this problem. According to a survey more than 80% of people suffering from this unwanted disease. And one bitter truth is that if you cannot grow your hair again if it fell down once. But definitely you can control your hair fall and stop them from falling completely just applying a few simple steps and tricks.


But before I start telling you these tips let me tell you some important factor that cause hair loss -

• Family history (heredity) - The most common cause of hair loss is a hereditary condition called male-pattern baldness or female-pattern baldness.

• Lack of proteins in daily food

• Physical and mental stress – You believe or not but stress is a big reason hair fall

• Hormonal changes - Hormonal changes and imbalances can cause temporary hair loss. This is mostly occurring in females during pregnancy.

• Over styling and Treatment - Vigorous styling and hair treatments over the years can cause your hair to fall out.

• Medications - Hair loss can be caused by drugs used for cancer, arthritis, depression, heart problems, high blood pressure and birth control.

  • Pollution – pollution is reason for most problems now a day, hair fall is one of them


It's better to use natural products to stop hair fall than to go in for expensive parlors treatments, that may not help the problem.

Try these following tips at you home and see the result yourself.


Use essential oils with a scalp massage:

The first step that you can take to reduce hair loss is to massage your scalp with appropriate hair oil. Massage promotes good circulation in the scalp, to keep your hair follicles active. Massage your scalp daily by hand for a couple of minutes.

You can use hair oils like coconut or almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, amla oil, or others.

NOTE – you need to massage your hair at least once a week.


Natural juices:

Natural juice helps treat hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation.

Here Natural juice doesn’t mean to drinkable juice but juice for scalp massage. You can rub your hair and scalp with some natural juice like aloe vera, garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

You can also use unboiled eggs for faster and better result. I know it smells like hell but trust me it’s working like charm. But don’t let this in your head for whole night. Wash it after 1 hour

NOTE – you can also mix garlic, onion and aloe vera juice and apply it for 30-40 minutes then wash your hair.


Amla (Indian Gooseberry):

The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, and the exfoliating properties present in Indian gooseberry can help maintain a healthy scalp and promote hair growth.

You can use Amla at any manner, you can eat it or you can use amla juice directly into your scalp. In all the way you take it amla give only benefits to you.

  • Take 2 table spoon amla juice and massage your scalp with your fingertips, after massage properly leave it on overnight and then wash with shampoo.
  • You can also use amla with lemon, in that case use 1 tablespoon juice of both and apply above process.


Fenugreek (Methi):

Fenugreek seeds enhance hair growth and help in the rebuilding of the hair follicles. They also make hair shiny, strong, and long.

Apply fenugreek is very easy process,

  • Soak the cup of fenugreek seeds in water for 12- 14 hours.
  • Grind the seeds and make a paste
  • Apply this paste to your hair, from the root to tip
  • Wash it after 1 hour.



You can use this green tea solution as an after-shampoo conditioner. Repeat the procedure 3 – 4 times a week, every morning after shampooing your hair.

Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.


 Practice meditation (Reduce Stress):

Sometimes, the root cause for hair loss is stress. You should avoid stress, and you can do it by following methods -

  • Practice Meditation it can help to both reduce stress and restore your hormonal balance. Practicing meditation can also help you in other aspects of your life.
  • Get some exercise. Walk, swim, or bike for 30 to 60 minutes per day. Or, try playing a sport like tennis, so you can take out your aggression by hitting a ball. The exercise will help to lower your stress levels.



Eat Right For Healthy Hair:

Believe it or not but you diet is important factor In your hair fall. For right diet remember these things –

  • Make sure you have a healthy balanced diet
  • Consume plenty of iron
  • Ensure you get enough Omega-3 fatty acids
  • Eat enough protein
  • Avoid Very low-calorie liquid diets
